Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a campaign from this website www.loopsforbloggers.com you and your brand officially AGREE to ALL of the following terms and the policies listed in this site. This agreement is between the people who purchase the service, (hereafter, “You”) and LFB Agency, (hereafter, “Agency”) (hereafter, collectively, the “Parties”). Ticking “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” in the “Buy Now” form or sending your Instagram @username through Agency’s Telegram group chat, will be the equivalent of a signature in a contract. 

Now Therefore, in consideration of the mutual obligation specified in the Agreement, the Parties agree to the following:

1.     The client has read the following pages in this website: “Terms & Conditions”, “Refund Policy”, “FAQ”; and understood them.

2.     All sales are final. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances once the campaign has been launched. Some of the examples are voluntary removal from the campaign including blocking the Agency account and turning Client’s page into private, dissatisfaction with the results, etc. Read more about Agency’s Refund Policy here

The only circumstances where a refund will be provided is when (1) the campaign haven’t launched yet and you would like to withdraw with a at least 12 hours prior to the launch notice, (2) we failed to include you in the campaign, (3) we cancelled the campaign, (4) there is no more vacancy for you to join the campaign, (5) you found a replacement for your spot.

3.     No actual item is shipped. The digital services provided are giveaway campaigns where the Agency acts as an intermediary marketing agency between a celebrity and a group of social media accounts that pool their money to grow their following. The starting day may vary and the campaigns take up to 5 days to fulfill. The results are beyond the Agency’s control as it is highly dependent on the performance of the Instagram post, which can be affected by Instagram’s algorithm, date of posting, influencer’s engagement, demographics or other unforeseeable circumstances.

4.     Once payment is sent and the order is confirmed, Client will be sent a link to a Telegram group chat for more direct communication where the terms listed in this agreement also applies. The email or text sent with the Telegram link and the Fulfillment email from this website will serve as proof of completion of this digital service.

5.     Agency works to attract real human followers organically through the marketing campaign services provided. Agency helps the Client to gain exposure through the strategic partnership with other influencers, but we are not responsible for the actions of the people that Clients are exposed to. For instance, Agency cannot guarantee that the people exposed to the campaign will like, follow or comment. Agency does its best to do prior research on the sponsor’s insights prior to offering the service but external factors such as the Instagram algorithm, audience behavior, etc. cannot be controlled.

 

The estimations of the gains advertised are based on previous experience, but Agency cannot and will not, provide any guarantee on the number of followers you will gain from the giveaway, the kind of followers you will gain from the giveaway, nor the number or kind of followers you will retain once the campaign ends. For instance, even though the campaign is mostly targeted to people in the US and the sponsor’s main audience in from New York, Agency cannot control whether a group of followers from the Philippines will follow, like or comment on Client’s account. 

The Date advertised is an estimated starting date. The exact date of the launch of the campaign can alternate and the final date will be announced in the Telegram group chat at least 24 hours prior. Clients can opt out if it becomes inconvenient for their interest.

Moreover, Client understands that Agency does not and will not, rely on bots, automated services or any inauthentic way to boost results, drive traffic, or anything that could alter the results.

Lastly, Agency has no control on how the new acquired audience will engage in your account, such as commenting only emojis, sending private messages, etc.  Due to this, no refunds under any circumstances unless otherwise stated on the “Refund Policy”, will be granted. 

 

6.     Agency encourages Client to look at the sponsor insights, if available, as insights are not available for all the campaigns, to determine if the giveaway is a good fit for the Client. Client understands that even with confirmed sponsors, giveaways are still a risk and the estimated number given at the time of the sale, it a subjective estimate resulting from previous giveaways. 

7.     Client understands that on the extremely rare occasion, sponsors can alternate after seeing the insights and paid for the giveaway. These are usually done for the Client’s interest as most cases happen when the sponsor is unavailable or is doing another campaign. Client is not entitled to a refund or credit due to the change of sponsors or any issues regarding the sponsor so long as the change in sponsor(s) is at no fault of the Agency. 

8.     Client releases Agency of any responsibility to refund claims or provide credits on any disputes regarding “product not as described” or “product not received”.  

Client must understand that if any misinformation is spread on the group chat or if he/she is constantly sending negativity that others deem as spammy, or that Agency finds that the messages might harm the wellbeing of the service, client may be removed from the group without notice. No refunds will be provided.

9. Client is not allowed to promote any other giveaway in the group chat or with its members while the giveaway is active. 

10. The order in the list is final- you cannot request/demand a new spot. (Unless pre-approved by the host). 

11. You are entering this giveaway at your own risk/expense. Do not expect compensation. 

12. In case of a dispute, this authorization will serve as the formal acknowledgement of the terms and conditions and will be forwarded to any institutions that require it. 

13. Client acknowledges that he/she has carefully read the listing of the service about to purchase and this agreement fully. Also, Client acknowledges that he/she has been made aware of Agency’s Terms and Conditions by visiting www.loopsforbloggers.com/terms.

 

Anything that is not clearly stated, the agency fully reserves the right to take the final decision privately with the client. 

This Agreement constitutes the entire, final, exclusive and complete understanding and agreement between Client and Agency with respect to the subject matter hereof, and neither party shall have any obligation, express or implied by law, except as set forth herein. No alteration, amendment, change, modification or addition to this Agreement, or any provision of said Agreement, shall be binding upon the parties unless reduced to writing and signed by each party.  

This Agreement may be executed by .pdf or other electronically transmitted signatures, in this case, ticking the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box at the time of submitting the “Buy Now” form and/or confirming the client’s Instagram username through text on the Telegram group chat and/or being on the group chat at the time the giveaway launches; and such signatures shall be deemed to bind each Party hereto as if they were the original signatures. 

 

Client agrees to Agency that Client will abide by all the terms and conditions and provide all the services stated herein. Failure to adhere to the agreed terms and conditions can and will result in Client being ejected from the chat and being removed out of all Agency’s future giveaways. Client will not be able to participate in any future loops by Agency and/or a pool of 15+ other giveaway hosts. No refunds or credits will be given to the Client. In Witness Whereof, Client has read this Agreement in full and signed this Agreement as of the Effective Date or date of the purchase.
